Custom Photo Magnets: Most personalized magnet orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Times & Locations

We ship from multiple warehouses located across the United States and internationally.
● If the closest warehouse is out of stock, your order may be shipped from the next 
nearest location, which could be outside your country.
● International shipments to the U.S. may show tracking updates only after the package 
arrives and is scanned by a U.S. carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

● Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
● International: 7–30 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking Your Order

● You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
● Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the tracking email in your main 
inbox.
● If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Tracking 
numbers for each package will be provided.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
● If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address for you.
● Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery 
address.
