Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note that some items are non-returnable. This includes perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care goods. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for gift cards.
How to Request a Return
If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us at yourstory@perfarts.com before sending it back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the situation and arrange a replacement or solution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product (once
approved) and place a new order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
